This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Marmalaide Services, including
subscriptions and QuickFix.
1. You may not use the Services to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity).
- Create, request, or distribute illegal content.
- Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content (including impersonation or false
claims). - Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, or disrupt systems.
- Harass, threaten, or promote hate/violence.
- Process sensitive personal data (e.g., health, biometric, children’s data) unless agreed in
writing and you have lawful basis. - Generate content that violates platform advertising rules or your industry compliance
requirements.
2. Customer Content requirements
You represent that you have rights to all Customer Content you submit and that you will not submit content that infringes third-party rights.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, refuse requests, suspend access, or terminate accounts for
violations of this AUP or the Terms.
