1. What’s included in the subscription?
Marmalaide is an always-on content team. Subscriptions include strategy alignment, scripting, production, editing, and delivery of production-ready video assets – plus variants for testing and distribution (hooks, CTAs, aspect ratios, and geo/persona versions where relevant). You also get a dedicated point of contact and lightweight async approvals.
2. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice period.
3. Is my data safe?
Yes. We only use the assets and information you provide to create your content, and we follow strict access controls internally. If you have special requirements (NDA, platform restrictions, brand or legal review), we can accommodate those as part of onboarding.
4. Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Yes. If you need higher volume, multiple brands, more channels (TV/CTV), localization at scale, or priority iteration during live campaigns, we offer Scale/Enterprise packages. Book a call and we’ll recommend the right plan based on your output needs.
